Flow & Voice: a free monthly note with short, practical reflections on creativity and personal growth, plus occasional behind-the-scenes glimpses into my audio storytelling journey.
My journey into audio storytelling continues to evolve, and thanks to your support of the newsletter and the podcast, I have the energy and courage to move into new projects and initiatives.
As some of you may have heard on the podcast, I’m expanding my audio work to include audiobook narration (and possibly other voiceover projects). But I wouldn’t dream of going through this transformation by myself! Of course, I’m bringing you all along.
I’m excited to announce that the Me-Time Mixtape is getting a new name and format to reflect both where we’ve been and where we’re going. Welcome to Flow & Voice: Reflections on Creativity, Personal Growth, and the Power of Voice. Flow honors the spirit of the podcast, and Voice represents both our inner voice and my journey behind the mic.
You’ll still receive reflections, podcast highlights, and hand-picked resources to spark creativity and support your growth. The new title simply gives me more room to share both the personal growth content you love and little glimpses into my audio journey.
You’ll get a monthly Flow & Voice newsletter as well as shorter emails whenever I drop a new podcast episode (still every two weeks).

Episode #58: Hawaii: Quietly Stirring – Reflections on Nature, Wonder, and Presence
A new episode of Let the Verse Flow is live! This month, I'm talking about some of the transformative moments I experienced while vacationing in Oahu, Hawaii. We'll explore how being present during our favorite activities can help build our capacity for self-belonging.

🎙️Behind the Mic
I had a vision for sharing spoken word poetry on personal growth insights. ➡️ I scratched my head, wondered what was wrong with me, but started a podcast anyway. ➡️ I was scared and overwhelmed. I moved forward in fear. ➡️ I learned how to produce audio. ➡️I liked it. ➡️ Other people did too. ➡️ THEN, I had an idea that I could narrate audiobooks too. ➡️I scratched my head, wondered what was wrong with me, but hired an audiobook coach anyway. ➡️ I like narrating books. ➡️ The journey continues...
Sometimes you have to take a leap of faith and pursue new interests without knowing where they will lead. YOU WILL LEARN ALONG THE WAY. Start now or continue going (right through the messy, uncomfortable parts). YOU'LL GET BETTER...
🤔Reflection: What are you journeying towards right now?
