This podcast was born out of the grief that I felt when my mom got ill. Her transition to dementia was life-altering, and one of the ways I cope is by writing poetry and listening to music. I created this podcast to help others handle grief, especially women who may be sandwiched between the caregiving needs of their young adult children and their aging parents or family members. I hope you find some comfort from this show.
